Bambulete, percussion project

Bambulete is mainly Wolfgang Billmann's solo project, which is computer-generated and takes place virtually on the internet or live in the Mhdb studio, to which it is closely linked

Established in 2010, Bambulete presents the 43 Mhdb songs or standards with German spoken lyrics, but in a largely atonal & percussive style and, except for the voices, entirely computer-generated, however live also with live drums
Bambulete has also performed also live since 2020: Quarantine solo project (Bambulete live, videos)

  - The 22" bass drum has enough power live and can be dampened in a quieter studio
  - Cast hoops would produce an even better rimshot, but a snare with cast hoops would be about four times more expensive

  - Instead of a complete stand: Be careful with multi-clamps! This can cause excess weight, which can bend the stand so that it can hardly be pushed together. If you do, then to be on the safe side, only attach it to the top stand tube, which is usually particularly hardened. The lower stand tubes can easily become dented.

From October 2017 to April 2018, the Bambulete MP3s were updated and completed, especially the Bambulete sets 4 & 5
